No Shrinking Violet
Born and bred in the Land Down Under, I was a runty hyperactive kid who almost overnight turned into an overweight teen.
Cognizant enough at the time to sense these underlying factors were mixing with a lack of exercise and healthy diet, along with a probable vulnerable genetic predisposition, I decided to take charge of my life for the first time.
I was determined to find greater challenges, prove my independence and explore the world, I set out on my own and moved to New York, tethered only by an impromptu commitment to volunteer at a non-profit summer camp for adults with disabilities.
The external hurdles were one thing, but I consider the self-imposed ones as toughest to conquer, consistent with what I perceive affecting various my students on a regular basis, particularly women.
The ability to dig deep and triumph and become largely self-made personally and professionally is incredibly gratifying and empowering, especially given the reinvention necessary at times along the way.

We are responsible for the choices we make and how we influence others, so we have to be so very considerate and accountable of the impressionable world within and around us. It takes quite a bit of work to move consciously through our world with a constructive imprint.
As a Global Fitness Brand Ambassador, I have traveled the globe introducing my new, exciting workouts to professional fitness instructors and clubs, challenging them to raise the bar to inspire their students. The mission engages and energizes people in general around the world to feel better and improve their lives through exercise and holistic wellness. In my specialty, I feature fun, dynamic, highly-effective martial arts-oriented programs, accented with intensified cardio, sculpt, and core conditioning, that invigorate any workout routine.
I am lucky to explore rich cultural exchange where so many new friendships have been made worldwide! The chance, also, to conceptualize and design innovative programs and even the equipment used in them and see the whole idea come to life on a multinational scale has proven to be an enjoyable and creative and rewarding experience.
